Had to get up early today to pass a CD to a supplier for work. And after that since everyone is busy snoozing at home, I decided to just buy a mag and have coffee at Starbucks BVillage. Some girl walked up to me as I was waiting for my latte ...

After many coughs, lozenges and sniffles... another day has passed...

Now I'm wondering what can I do to occupy my time after work. Sure the whole weekend was taken up discussing certain upcoming events with a friend, helping sis with her wedding plans and bla bla bla. Prob the only time I gave myself some free time was when I went to meet Dianamite in Hartamas for lunch on Sunday. And this hot hot HOT talent from Sydney was with her. Was fun chatting with Danielle. Managed to go for coffee with her later as well. Too bad she was flying off later that day.

And last night I helped Teng Chui come up with some concept ideas for a logo. I actually enjoyed it. Even the rough sketches didn't look too bad. The very chance to play with ideas ands stupid thoughts, to bring up silly things and generate them into proper images. And I was wondering why on earth would someone (yes YOU Renay :p) ask me to go into creative... An hour later, a hazelnut latte and bout a dozen ideas and concepts and even some tag lines included (phew!) we managed some time to just sit down and chat. Since I don't get to see Teng's much. Yes Nain, in case you were wondering I did bitch about you! Muahahaha!

I've grown tired of doing nothing. If only I could somehow busy myself like this everyday...

If this keeps up I might as well just admit myself into a hospital. I can't remember a single time in living memory, where I have taken ill so often in such a short space of time. Just when I feel that I'm getting better from weeks of cough the flu hits me over the weekend and my cough got worse as well. It's going to be a long long looooong year for me. I've got so much to do and really not very much time. At least I've solved the fucking problem that was giving me nightmares for weeks. So can rest easy a bit la...

I tried to sketch something last night, and I'm sad to say that my once decent drawing skills have deteriorated into the standards of a 5 year old. And even then, the kid would probably put me to shame. When was the last time I tried to draw anything? Hmm... Honestly even I can't remember. 6 years? 8 years? About there I'm guessing. Anyway I just suck now.

Works about to start. It'll be good for myself to get back into advertising. It'll give me something to occupy my time and not just wake up every morning a bum wondering what the hell is there to do. Then there's that project with my friend as well. So much to do for that also. And it has to be done ASAP. OMG! I'm going to have no social life.

Brenda's wedding is coming up, on my birthday! Friend's want to go out on Friday next week as an early celebration. I don't fancy a club... A bar or some place chill out would do nicely.

Things are going great for me, but why do I still feel that I'm fucking up...

I've been trying to find this bloody animated short film for 2 years! Still haven't found it, and now I hear that they're going to make a feature film out of it! This is worse than when I had to wait for Advent Children! The plot revolves around a "rag doll" character that fights a monster that has stolen the rest of his people's souls. The characters and sets are mostly comprised of every-day objects.

Sunday morning began with a text msg...

'Hey, I'm having a party at my place today. Got lion dance and all. Ask the rest to come also ok.'

So after a few phone calls later it was off to Joan Dear's house. Spent the whole day there since it was her last day and she was to fly off at midnight. The lion dance left everyone in the house deaf. Now I remember never to be in close proximity when a lion dance is going on. I'm sure Nic liked it although they didn't do anything really fancy.

And since there were relatives and kids about we didn't want to smoke in front of anyone. So without the hassle of putting on our shoes to go outside we smoked in Joan's toilet.

Darien - You know Tim...
Darien - Two guys together in the toilet doesn't seem right...
Tim - If you don't like it, you can go out and wait man.
Tim - I'm finishing my smoke.

Later at night at the airport while we had hot choc after checking Joan's stuff in. Poor dear was sad she had to leave again.

I was walking along Bangsar Village II yesterday evening when I suddenly hear someone calling my name. I looked about and saw this girl across the street jumping about while frantically waving her arms about trying to get my attention. As I crossed the street to say hi, she ran up to me and suffocated me in a hug.

Coffee with Debs was fun yesterday. After she cerita all the funny shit that happened during her Bangkok trip, especially about Nic, I nearly died laughing, coughing, everything la. The little monkey. The pictures, some were just hilarious. I mean like, seeing 'someone' drunk again haha. Nic messaged us raving how he had won the Tiger FC Challenge competition and he's to receive a SIGNED RONALDINHO BARCELONA JERSEY! Awesome! Grats Kiddo!

Debs - Yea man. I think he got like 3 Barca jerseys already.

Went over to her place after to meet Nic for dinner. Was hoping to see Aunt Kat at home but she was out, but Elmoooooooooooooooo was home! Luv luv luv that dog! He greeted Debs and I with his usual enthusiasm and hyperness. This is the smartest Shih Tsu (that how u spell it?) I've known EVER! He knows his feeding time and will wait by his bowl, offer his toys to you, he even knows how to tell you he wants to play catch.

ELMO!

Elmo is also the best dog to play with. I offered both my palms to him and he placed his paws on them and started dancing as always. OMG! Can die from his cuteness. I know he wanted to play catch as well when he started nipping at my heels and ran away when I turned to look. I didn't give chase. So he just bit onto my pants and let himself be dragged around the house. After playing a while more with the little monster I headed to the kitchen to wash all the slobber and drool of my face and hands, and headed up to Nic's room. Nic couldn't stop smiling when I saw him. Barca fan...


After dinner, late night coffee with Dianamite.
